Eyelet lace is a double sided lace which has holes down the middle of it. It is available in a variety of colours at approx 30-35mm wide. The lace can be knitted or crocheted by using DK yarn and knitting into the holes. It creates a really pretty effect that can be used in numerous way to create decorative items for gifts and around the home. It is very easy to use; 1. Knit in the lace by placing the lace at the back of the work. 2. Insert the needle into the first stitch and through the hole in the lace. 3. Loop yarn over the needle and complete the stitch. 4. Keep the tension loose, repeat to the end of the row and cut the lace at the end.
